Privacy & Housekeeping:
Our guests’ privacy is very important to us. We will not enter your cabin for any reason unless otherwise requested. Only in case of an emergency we will enter a cabin without permission. Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. However, if there is anything you need, please let us know and we would be more than happy to bring it by.
Smoking:
Out of courtesy of our other guests, there is absolutely no smoking inside any of the cabins. Smoking is permitted outside, but please pick up your butts. Unfortunately, the cost to clean a room that someone has smoked is significant and time consuming. For that reason, we will charge an additional $500 cleaning fee if found violating the smoking policy.
Age restrictions:
Must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Payment Policy:
Guests will be required to pay the full amount of their reservation 5 days prior to your check-in date. Reservations made within 5 days of their stay, will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Important! Cancellations made with at least 5 days written notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of their scheduled arrival date are non-refundable and will be charged in full. Reservations made within 5 days are non-refundable. For extended stays, holidays, or local events, there will be a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 14 days will be charged in full. Early departures will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy. ALL CANCELLATIONS must be done via email. Your email to Sierra Sky Property Management is your proof of cancellation within the above time frames.
Pet Policy:
Please ensure the accommodation you have chosen is Pet Friendly prior to booking. Your pet is also our guest. All pets at the cabin must be registered with your host prior to your stay. Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, or other pests and current on vaccinations. Do not leave your pet unattended in the unit. Your pets must also be leashed at all times outside of the unit. Since your dog will be in an unfamiliar environment and occasionally bark, please quiet an excited pet as soon as possible. You may be required to leave if repeated barking complaints are received from other guests. Guests whose dogs create a financial burden on the property, such as refunding unhappy guests, will be financially liable for any and all refunds provided to other guests. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly and in a timely manner. There are multiple trash cans on the property to assist in pet waste disposal. There is a fee of $25 per pet per night. This fee will be charged to your reservation at check-in. If a guest doesn’t inform host of their pet, a non-refundable pet fee will be charge to guests’ reservation. If a guest brings a pet into a non-pet friendly room, the guest will be charged a $200 cleaning fee in addition to their reservation fee. There is a 50 LB WEIGHT LIMIT, PER PET. Pets are not allowed on beds. We allow one well-behaved dog in our rooms. Unfortunately Pit Bull and Rottweiler breeds are not allowed. We also reserve the right to refuse housing to any dog at our sole discretion for any reason. Other pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and are accepted at the discretion of the owners or management. You are responsible for any property damage, cleaning costs, personal injury, pest control, or noise disturbance caused by your pet. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the cabins, its owners, and its operator for any claim, demand, or judgment associated in any way with damages attributable to your pet. Sierra Sky Property Management reserves the right to charge your account commensurate with the estimated cost of such damages. If your pet has a urine or stool accident the cleaning charge is $200.00.
